Straight Arms

 

Learning to keep your arms straight post impact has many benefits.  As you can see in the photo comparison above the following has improved.

  1.  There is more weight forward.
  2.  The body has rotated more towards the target.
  3.   Her head is following the golf ball and NOT staying down.

Practice starting at the golf ball, then push your hips forward towards the target and then swing your arms to the position in the right photo.  Do this 5 times.
